When my wife and I bought our first shore home in Wildwood back in 2002, it wasn’t perfect—far from it.
Dirty floors, a hole in the middle of the kitchen, money was tight… but it was ours.
With faith, sweat equity, and the help of good friends, we turned that fixer-upper into a place we loved for 16 years. I even taught myself to roof, run electric, sweat pipe, and restore old hardwood floors.
That experience—achieving a lifelong dream against the odds—inspired me to help others do the same. For me, real estate is about more than properties. It’s about people, stories, and possibilities.
